Congratulations on the successful prefabrication of the first box girder of Zheng-Ji high-speed railway

(Summary description)Zhengzhou Xindafang assisted China Railway Second Bureau to complete the prefabrication of the first 40m/1000t box girder of Zhengji high-speed railway. The DLT1000-ton tire beam lifting machine independently researched and developed by Xindafang has filled the domestic gap and is the first in China to successfully lift the beam.

Previously, the standard span simply supported beams commonly used in high-speed railway bridges in my country were mainly 24m and 32m, and the construction mode was mainly prefabricated erection. With the continuous development of my country's high-speed railway construction, railway bridge construction is increasing year by year. The 32m standard span can no longer meet the requirements of large-span bridge construction. Based on the mature development of manufacturing, transportation and erection technology, a complete set of 40m standard simply supported beams for high-speed railways has been proposed. The construction technology has achieved experimental success and has been applied to the Yellow River Bridge project of Zheng-Ji high-speed railway for the first time. The successful application of the 40m standard simply supported beam marks a big step forward for China's high-speed railways.
