Second, we must translate our learning outcomes into concrete actions characterized by strict compliance with rules and regulations and by dedication to work and entrepreneurship, continuing to achieve tangible results in practice. We must nip problems in the bud, start with small matters around us, exercise rigorous self-discipline in our words and deeds, and use Party discipline as a binding standard for ourselves, thereby fortifying our ideals and convictions and enhancing our awareness of discipline and rules.
