Chairman Zhang Zhihua has been reappointed as a member of the Lifting Machinery Sub-Committee of the Sixth Session of the Special Equipment Safety and Energy Conservation Technical Committee of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
Xindafang News: Recently, good news came from the State Administration for Market Regulation: Chairman Zhang Zhihua has been appointed as a member of the Lifting Machinery Sub-Committee of the Sixth Session of the National Technical Committee on Safety and Energy Efficiency of Special Equipment under the State Administration for Market Regulation. As early as 2009, he was already appointed as a member of the Lifting Machinery Sub-Committee.
Zhang Zhihua feels deeply honored by this. He stated that being reappointed as a member of the new committee is recognition of Xinfada’s innovation and leadership in the special construction equipment industry. Moving forward, he will take on the responsibility of a committee member, leading Xinfada to continue promoting technological innovation in the field of special equipment, conducting ongoing research on major, critical, and common technologies, participating in the tackling, review, and appraisal of significant Results, helping relevant departments and enterprises solve difficult and pressing problems related to special equipment, and striving to provide technical and policy support for the safe, efficient, energy-saving, and green development of special equipment. He will also play a role in decision-making consultation, deliberation, evaluation, and technical oversight for the General Administration’s work on the safety and energy conservation of special equipment, making new and greater contributions to the development of China’s special equipment industry.
The China Special Equipment Safety and Technology Committee is a national federated organization voluntarily established by enterprises and institutions engaged in the production, use, inspection and testing, and technical management of special equipment, as well as by relevant research institutes, colleges and universities, financial and insurance institutions, intermediary service agencies, and local special equipment industry associations. It was founded under the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and with the endorsement of the State Council, in order to implement the Party’s policies and guidelines and to promote the development of special equipment safety and energy conservation, all under the auspices of the State Administration for Market Regulation. The Committee upholds historical legacy, pursues truth and pragmatism, and fosters innovative development. It plays a vital role in providing decision-making advice, conducting deliberations and evaluations, and exercising technical oversight in the Administration’s work on special equipment safety and energy conservation, thereby making outstanding contributions to the development of China’s special equipment sector.
