Xindafang Conducts Fire Safety Training and Drills for the Second Half of 2021
Xin Dafang News: To implement fire safety responsibilities and enhance everyone’s ability to respond to and manage emergency fire situations, Xin Dafang will organize a fire safety awareness session and drill in both the first and second halves of the year. The fire safety training and drill for the second half of this year were held on the afternoon of December 7.
For this fire drill, the company invited Instructor Liang from the Henan Provincial Fire Protection Association. Instructor Liang began by covering basic fire knowledge, the characteristics of fires, and fire classification, then drew on recent fire incidents in Zhengzhou and the company’s current fire safety situation to provide an in-depth explanation on how to respond promptly to a sudden fire and ensure safe evacuation, thereby enhancing everyone’s understanding of fire safety. Following this, at the drill site, Instructor Liang once again reviewed the types of fire-fighting equipment and their proper use, and conducted live demonstrations.
“When a fire breaks out, aim the extinguisher at the base of the flame.” “When putting out a fire, prioritize personal safety: never stand upwind, remain calm, and avoid panicking.” The instruction was presented in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner, enabling employees to quickly and accurately master the basic techniques for using fire extinguishers. Through training and drills, employees not only enhanced their fire-prevention awareness and expanded their firefighting knowledge but also laid a solid foundation for safe production.
