The State Administration of Work Safety Reports on the Company

From June 17 to 18, the Ten-Thousand-Li Safety Production Tour was held in Zhengzhou. On the morning of the 17th, the tour’s press delegation visited Zhengzhou New Dafang Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhengzhou Dafang Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd.) to conduct interviews, publicity, and supervision. Wan Xu, Deputy Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Henan Province, accompanied the delegation.

The company is a national high-tech private enterprise that integrates R&D and design, manufacturing and sales, installation services, and equipment leasing, with a primary focus on the development of specialized construction machinery and equipment.

Through measures such as institutionalizing safety training, diversifying publicity efforts, standardizing protective facilities, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, standardizing safety inspections, and implementing the “five determinations” for rectifying potential hazards, the company has placed its work safety management on a track of standardization, regularization, and modernization. Over the years, the company has not experienced a single major safety accident.

During the visit, the “Ten-Thousand-Li Journey for Work Safety” reporting team observed demonstrations of specialized vehicles, including flatbed transporters, at the vehicle test-run site. In the final assembly workshop, the team carefully inspected safety facilities and equipment, thoroughly reviewed the installation procedures, and conducted detailed inquiries into employee training and education programs, the issuance of production licenses, and the organizational structure and staffing of the safety management body. The reporters also interviewed relevant officials on topics such as the publicity and implementation of the spirit of the State Council Notice, the assignment of safety responsibilities, the control of major hazard sources, the prevention and control of occupational hazards, fire safety and security measures within the plant area, and the development of a safety culture.
