Warm congratulations on the “Xin Dafang” figurative trademark being awarded the title of Famous Trademark of Henan Province.
At the end of April, the Erqi District Federation of Trade Unions held an awards ceremony to commemorate International Labor Day on May 1, recognizing outstanding individuals and organizations across the district. Wang Leiming, a riveter and welder in our company’s Structural Workshop, was awarded the Erqi District “May 1 Labor Medal” honor.
Wang Leiming is an ordinary frontline worker whose contributions may not be dramatic or headline-grabbing, but through his long-term dedication to the front lines and his unassuming work ethic, he has become a true expert in the field of welding. Skilled and resourceful, he consistently thinks creatively and finds practical solutions, offering valuable suggestions that have helped resolve many persistent, long-standing challenges in workshop operations. He is affectionately known as the company’s “little inventor.” Under his guidance, a large number of young employees have rapidly developed into the company’s technical core, playing a vital role in its technological upgrades and production processes and providing crucial talent support for the company’s innovative development.
