Xindafang News: On July 10, the 46 newly hired graduates of the class of 2015 successfully completed their pre-employment training and commenced a four-month on-the-job internship in the production workshops.

The 46 graduates who reported for duty this time come from nearly ten prestigious institutions, including North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Henan University of Science and Technology, and Henan Polytechnic University. Their majors span mechanical manufacturing and automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, and other fields, and their arrival will inject fresh energy and new talent into the company.

To help students quickly familiarize themselves with the environment and integrate into the company as soon as possible, the company has meticulously planned and arranged the pre-job training program. This program comprises three components: physical training (military training), classroom instruction, and lectures, which are alternately hosted by relevant departments. The training content primarily focuses on the company’s development history, business areas, product R&D, design, and production processes, as well as the company’s rules and regulations and Culture. In addition, the Human Resources Department has organized training on professional ethics, team collaboration, and how to become a qualified employee, laying a solid foundation for students to smoothly transition from school to the workplace.
