The Party Branch of Xindafang Holds a Democratic Special Life Meeting on the Party’s Mass Line Education and Practice Campaign
Xindafang News: On August 28, the Party branch of Xindafang convened a democratic special organizational life meeting on the Party’s mass line education and practice campaign. Tan Qinglu, Deputy Director of the Mazhai Industrial Cluster Zone Management Committee, and Guo Sheng, Deputy Director of the Party Work Office, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Zhang Hongjun, Secretary of the company’s Party branch, and was attended by representatives of the company’s Party members.
On behalf of the Party branch leadership team, Zhang Hongjun gave a detailed report on the problems and underlying causes identified during our company’s campaign to implement the Party’s mass line, as well as on the directions and measures for future improvement. This report was prepared in accordance with the overarching requirements of the educational practice activity—“holding up a mirror, straightening one’s attire, taking a thorough wash, and curing ailments”—and guided by the general principles of “being pragmatic and tackling tough issues head-on, maintaining strict seriousness, seeking truth from facts, and fostering democracy and unity.”
Subsequently, the Party member representatives also conducted a serious and thorough self-examination of the problems they themselves faced, engaging in in-depth self-criticism. Unlike previous meetings, after each comrade spoke, the other Party member representatives and the Party group leaders offered constructive criticism, covering such issues as insufficient attention to detail in work, inadequate communication with colleagues, unscientific work methods, an imprecise understanding of one’s own role, a lack of initiative in work, and the presence of bureaucratic tendencies—criticism that was both expectant and sincere.
Finally, Tan Qinglu, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Mazhai Industrial Cluster Zone, summarized the special democratic life meeting. He stated that this was a high-quality session, during which all participants, in the spirit of rectification, engaged in serious and earnest criticism and self-assessment—exposing shortcomings and laying bare weaknesses while maintaining impartiality and a commitment to the public good. He urged everyone to continuously improve by addressing the problems they have identified, to leverage the momentum of this initiative to genuinely enhance their work style, and to contribute to the development of enterprises.
