Xin Dafang was awarded the honorary title of “Most Culturally Influential Outstanding Enterprise” for 2012.
Xin Dafang News: “Culture forges the brand; the brand, in turn, elevates the enterprise. Culture is the core value and very lifeblood of a corporate brand—its true source of passionate energy and the decisive factor that sustains the brand’s vitality.” On January 22, the results of the 2012 “Top Ten Most Culturally Influential Enterprises in Zhengzhou” and “Top Ten Most Culturally Influential Entrepreneurs in Zhengzhou” awards were announced. Xin Dafang was honored with the title of “Outstanding Enterprise with the Greatest Cultural Influence.”
This event aims to fully showcase Zhengzhou’s Culture, serve as a model for others, and further deepen the development of corporate culture. Xindafang places the building of its Culture at the level of modern enterprise management systems and development strategies, consistently taking “people-oriented” principles as the starting point, focus, and ultimate goal of its cultural development. As a result, employees’ sense of ownership has been greatly enhanced. Through cultural initiatives that extend to work teams, individual posts, and every employee, Xindafang’s corporate spirit has been integrated into the core, grassroots, hearts, and customs of the company, thereby strengthening its cultural foundation and injecting vigorous vitality, which in turn powerfully promotes Xindafang’s leapfrog development in production and operations.
