Product description
The DCY45E pipeline transport vehicle is a specialized transport vehicle designed and developed by our company to meet the unique requirements of transporting and assembling tunnel lining steel pipes within tunnels. This vehicle is powered by either lithium iron phosphate batteries or hydrogen fuel cells and is equipped with an eight-wheel locomotion system, an automatic pipe-orientation adjustment system, and a pipe-end expanding and rapid alignment system. It can operate directly along the tunnel lining, efficiently traverse curved sections while carrying lining steel pipes, and precisely align and weld these pipes for assembly. In addition, the vehicle is fitted with an information management system that supports precise positioning, video surveillance, condition monitoring, and fault alarm functions within the tunnel.
