1.13 The mechanical erection of the side girders is completed in a single operation, with no damage to the flanges of the side girders and with appropriately distributed loads.
1.14 The bridge-launching gantry’s overall dimensions must be able to pass through diesel locomotive tunnels with a radius of ≥350 m.
1.15 The circuit control systems of all components of the bridge erector are equipped with interlocking mechanisms. All electrical operating and control devices, as well as hydraulic components, are designed to be windproof, rainproof, and dustproof.
1.16 The electrical and hydraulic components of each section are easy to disassemble, convenient to maintain, and safe and reliable.
1.17 The bridge erector’s legs 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with access ladders for personnel to ascend and descend. Each structural component is provided with lifting balance holes and lifting rings to ensure safe hoisting.
