Caring for Employees Starts with Their Physical Health

To prevent and control occupational diseases, protect employees’ health, and further strengthen occupational health surveillance, Xindafang conducts an annual occupational health examination, thereby establishing a robust safeguard for employees’ well-being.

On October 29, the 2024 occupational health examination program officially commenced.

This health examination is primarily intended for employees whose job duties involve exposure to welding fumes, metallic dust, and noise. In light of the various factors that can lead to occupational diseases, the examination includes internal medicine and surgical assessments, as well as specialized tests such as ophthalmology, otolaryngology, complete blood count, urinalysis, blood pressure measurement, pure-tone audiometry, pulmonary function testing, and chest radiography. The goal is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of employees’ health status, enabling the timely detection and prevention of occupational diseases. Following the examination, the results will be promptly communicated to each employee, and individual health records will be established and maintained to ensure ongoing, thorough monitoring of their physical condition.

Occupational health examinations are a crucial tool for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. They not only enable employees to promptly understand their own health status but also enhance their awareness and ability to prevent such diseases, thereby effectively reducing the incidence of occupational illnesses. At the same time, these examinations help employees feel the warmth of the company as a close-knit family, genuinely boosting their sense of well-being, strengthening organizational cohesion and commitment, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and development.

In recent years, Xindafang has consistently placed the physical and mental well-being of its employees at the forefront. The company arranges timely health check-ups for staff, has invited Zhengzhou Central Hospital to set up a health station on-site, and provides monthly in-house services by certified health managers, thereby safeguarding employees’ health rights and interests. Moving forward, the company will continue to refine its employee health management system, providing robust support for employees’ health and well-being and effectively “raising a protective umbrella” over their health.
