10 month 28 On the morning of [date], An Wei, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Zhengzhou Municipal Party Committee, led a delegation to Xin Dafang for an inspection and research visit. Accompanying the delegation were Zhou Fuqiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Lü Tinglin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Affairs Commission; Lu Yun, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection; Chen Hongwei, Executive Vice Mayor; Song Jie, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Wang Hongxun, Vice Mayor; Wang Wanpeng, Vice Chairman of the Zhengzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; as well as secretaries of relevant municipal bureaus and commissions and of counties, county-level cities, and districts, who provided on-site guidance and oversight.
Chairman Zhang Zhihua warmly received the delegation on behalf of the company and extended a hearty welcome!
First, Zhang Zhihua reported on the company’s innovation and equipment development in fields such as high-speed rail, metro, water conservancy, civil aviation, shipbuilding, and aerospace. In particular, in the face of a complex market environment, Xindafang has actively expanded into overseas markets, with overseas orders accounting for more than 45% , continue to lead the industry and establish a shining brand for Zhengzhou’s high-end intelligent equipment! Subsequently, a briefing was given on the Xindafang Small and Micro Enterprise Park (Cloud Innovation Center) project. He stated that the park will focus squarely on the entire industrial chain of Xindafang’s high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing, by “ Attracting external resources to build up energy, cultivating internal talent to aggregate strength, and empowering through services Foster agglomeration-driven development to build a new, high-end ecosystem and hub spanning the entire industrial chain for high-end equipment, artificial intelligence, information technology, and other sectors; leverage industry–education integration to attract and cultivate a pool of top-tier research talent, application-oriented innovators, and specialized professionals; and harness digital transformation to achieve synergistic, coordinated advancement toward the “high-end, intelligent, and green” evolution of specialized equipment. Strive to develop the park into a cutting-edge, smart manufacturing hub that is distinctly characterized and serves as a leading demonstration model, integrating R&D, pilot-scale testing, production, training, exhibition, incubation, and comprehensive support services for high-end equipment.
Zhang Zhihua concluded by stating: First, we must continue to excel in Xindafang’s core business—namely, expanding into both domestic and international markets for specialized equipment—and strive to further enhance our performance. Second, we should leverage park development to foster new business models, thereby promoting intensive land use and achieving further increases in output value and tax revenue per mu. Third, we must continue to ramp up investment in research and development, leveraging technological innovation to accelerate the emergence of new, higher-quality productive forces, using the enterprise’s high-quality development to bolster the construction of Zhengzhou as a central city, and making fresh contributions to the practice of Chinese-style modernization in Zhengzhou.
Secretary An Wei fully affirmed the achievements that Xindafang has made in the field of special construction equipment over the years by relying on Innovation, and expressed high hopes for the future development of the Xindafang Small and Micro Enterprise Park!
