Chairman Zhang Zhihua was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of Zhengzhou City” by the CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committee and the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government.
Recently, the Zhengzhou Conference on High-Quality Development of the Private Economy was held to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Central Economic Work Conference, to carry out the arrangements made at the Provincial Conference on High-Quality Development of the Private Economy, and to inspire and mobilize all levels throughout the city to further strengthen their confidence, build broad consensus, steadfastly uphold the “two unwavering commitments,” and swiftly launch a new wave of support for the private sector’s innovative development, transformation and upgrading, and healthy growth, so as to vigorously open up a new chapter in the development and expansion of the private economy. An Wei, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the conference and delivered a speech.
He Xiong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the meeting. Municipal leaders Zhou Fuqiang, Du Xinjun, Huang Qing, Lu Yun, Chen Ming, Hu Qiang, and Li Dangsheng attended.
The conference commended outstanding private enterprises and entrepreneurs, and solicited opinions and suggestions on the “Implementation Opinions on Supporting the High-Quality Development of the Private Economy.” Zhang Zhihua, Chairman of Zhengzhou New Dafang Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Private Entrepreneur of Zhengzhou City” by the CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committee and the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government.
Upon receiving this prestigious honor, Zhang Zhihua stated that he will henceforth take the spirit of the 20th National Congress as his guiding principle, earnestly strengthen his sense of political responsibility, historical mission, and urgency in the present, firmly seize the opportunities presented by the times, vigorously promote the entrepreneurial spirit, steadfastly uphold confidence and resolve in development, pursue the “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative” path of development, take proactive action and capitalize on favorable momentum, strive to become a dynamic force in the new era for forging a new development paradigm, building a modernized economic system, and advancing high-quality development, and contribute fresh strength to the modernization of Zhengzhou as a national central city.
