How can crane equipment be operated efficiently?

However, because lifting equipment is subject to various factors during daily operation, its performance may fail to be fully realized. What precautions should we take during routine construction to ensure that the equipment operates at its optimal performance?

1. The construction contractor shall establish sound management rules and regulations for equipment to maintain normal construction operations, particularly in units where equipment and personnel are frequently relocated, where comprehensive management system documentation should be put in place.
2. Crane manufacturers shall supervise relevant personnel to ensure strict implementation of equipment maintenance and upkeep procedures, as well as safety operating protocols, thereby guaranteeing the safe and reliable performance of both equipment and personnel. Unfortunately, many organizations tend to prioritize equipment utilization over proper maintenance, which can easily create hidden safety hazards.
3. Non-standard operating practices by personnel associated with lifting equipment will accelerate wear and aging of the equipment. Furthermore, some organizations hire operators who do not meet the required qualifications, which not only leads to premature equipment failure but also significantly delays the normal construction schedule.
4. To ensure that equipment maintains high performance over the long term, in addition to routine maintenance and upkeep, it is essential to prioritize the timely replacement and repair of damaged components, thereby nipping potential failures in the bud and preventing safety hazards for construction personnel.
