Method for Cleaning the Hydraulic System Drain Circuit of a Girder Transporter

Beam transporter The general steps for cleaning a hydraulic system are as follows:

  (1) Selection of cleaning oil: When the system’s pipelines and oil tank are clean, cleaning can be performed using oil of the same viscosity as the working oil or of the same type; if the system is found to be contaminated, a cleaning oil with a slightly lower viscosity may be used.

  (2) Heated cleaning oil: Heating the oil facilitates the detachment and removal of deposits within the system. Typically, the oil is heated to 50–60°C, with a cleaning pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa and the highest possible oil flow rate to carry away the contaminants. Jiujiang putty powder mixer

  (3) Installation of filters: In the flushing circuit, a coarse filter with a rating of 50–100 μm shall be installed at the oil inlet, and a fine filter with a rating of 10–50 μm shall be installed at the return line. At the start of coarse filtration, after flushing for a specified period, the system should gradually switch to fine-mesh oil filters for staged filtration. The typical flushing duration is 8–24 hours. Initially, the oil filters should be removed and cleaned every half hour, with the fine-mesh filter elements being progressively replaced to extend the intervals between cleanings. For equipment with severe contamination, first flush with a low-viscosity oil that provides excellent cleaning performance, followed by a flushing oil whose viscosity is similar to that of the used oil.

  (4) During cleaning of the girder transporter, tapping with a wooden mallet can accelerate the detachment of contaminants. Particular attention should be paid to tapping the bent and welded sections of the pipeline; however, excessive force must be avoided to prevent deformation or rupture of the pipe.

  (5) Drain the cleaning oil: After cleaning, remove as much oil as possible, including any that has accumulated in pumps, valves, pipelines, and coolers. Loosen the pipeline connections and use compressed air to blow out the remaining oil, or introduce working oil to carry the cleaning oil away. Jiujiang putty powder mixer

  (6) Adding new hydraulic oil: After the cleaning oil has been removed, promptly add fresh hydraulic oil and immediately conduct a short trial run to prevent corrosion and other adverse effects within the piping system. Bond strength refers to the adhesive force between the mortar and the substrate. It can be categorized into shear strength and tensile (pull-out) strength. Tensile strength is the ability of the mortar surface to resist tensile forces acting perpendicular to the surface; shear strength is the strength measured by applying parallel forces.
