Structural Composition of the Girder Transport Vehicle

Beam transporter It consists of a power system, a transmission system, a gearbox, a drive system, a braking system, a steering system, a main frame, and a turntable.

  1. Power System: The power system consists of a diesel engine, typically a 4-cylinder or 6-cylinder unit. It includes components such as the starter, alternator, air compressor, crankshaft, cylinders, oil pan, hydraulic oil tank, oil filter, diesel fuel filter, air filter, air receiver, muffler, water tank, and radiator.

  2. Transmission System: The transmission system primarily consists of a flange yoke, flange, universal joint, telescopic yoke, shaft yoke, welded yoke, and drive shaft.

  3. Transmission: The transmission comprises the input shaft, intermediate shaft, output shaft, gears, and housing.

  4. Drive System: The drive system primarily consists of a differential, a pinion gear assembly, half shafts, a large ring gear, and wheel hubs.

  5. Brake System: The brake system is air-operated and consists of brake shoes, adjusting arms, and wheel cylinders.

  6. Steering System: The steering system primarily consists of hydraulic cylinders.

  7. Main Frame: The main frame is constructed from 32# I-beams, which are reinforced with stiffening plates inside.

  8. Turntable: The turntable is constructed using 30# I-beams.

Large beam-transport vehicles feature high payload capacity, self-propelled operation, and the ability to transport beams over any distance. They boast reliable performance, comprehensive safety features, a well-designed overall structure, smooth operation, comfortable handling, easy maintenance, excellent roll-over stability, and high production efficiency. Operation is simple and convenient, requiring only basic training for operators. Maintenance is also straightforward, as all components are standard national parts.
