Major General Huang Xueping, Deputy Commander of the Henan Provincial Military District, and his delegation visited and conducted research at Xindafang.

On September 6, Major General Huang Xueping, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military District, conducted a field inspection in Xindafang on military-civilian integration and local militia development, accompanied by Chen Hao, the company’s Deputy General Manager.

Chen Hao began by extending a warm welcome to Commander Huang and his delegation for taking time out of their busy schedules to conduct a research visit to a private enterprise, and then summarized the company’s achievements in advancing military–civilian integration since its establishment. He stated that, as a leading manufacturer of specialized construction equipment in China, Xindafang has consistently sought a path of “military–civilian integration and serving the nation through industry,” with the aim of contributing to major national priorities such as equipment modernization, defense development, and the enhancement of the country’s emergency response capabilities. Following the state’s policy of encouraging non-public enterprises to participate in the development and industrialization of dual-use high technologies, Xindafang has responded enthusiastically to the call of the Party and the government, closely aligning its efforts with the national “Belt and Road” initiative and the “military–civilian integration” strategy. Leveraging its cutting-edge R&D capabilities, the company has developed a range of dual-use specialized equipment, striving to make greater contributions to national defense.

Commander Huang highly commended Xindafang for its technological innovation in specialized construction equipment and for leading the development of the industry, praising the company’s robust technological reserves and its portfolio of cutting-edge products that have filled domestic gaps and broken foreign monopolies, placing it at the forefront of the field. He emphasized that, in the new social context, military–civilian integration is both a vital strategy for national rejuvenation and a key approach to strengthening the armed forces—a trend that is here to stay. To successfully advance military–civilian integration, it is essential to proactively understand the needs of the armed forces, continuously optimize product performance, enhance reliability, provide customized products and services, and effectively integrate defense-related products with commercial enterprises—thereby translating scientific and technological innovations into military equipment that is practical, safe, and reliable, and ensuring the deep and sustained development of national defense.
