South Korea High-Speed Rail 1,000-Ton Lifting and Erection Project

The domestically developed, 1,000-ton high-speed railway bridge construction equipment package has been successfully exported to South Korea, marking the first-ever export of a complete set of Chinese high-speed railway construction equipment to a developed country. On June 24, 2011, Ssangyong Construction of South Korea, owing to the early completion of installation and commissioning of equipment supplied by Xindafang, became the first section along the entire South Korean high-speed rail line to conduct trial girder erection. Senior officials from the South Korean high-speed rail authority and representatives from all project sections attended to observe the operation, and on that day, the Five-Star Red Flag was proudly hoisted at the South Korean high-speed rail construction site. This achievement is not only a source of pride for Xindafang but also a testament to the excellence of China’s specialized construction equipment.
