Safety in production is as important as Mount Tai; Xindafang conducts a spring fire drill.

Xin Dafang News: Safety in production is of paramount importance—more so than Mount Tai. Ensuring workplace safety safeguards both the company’s assets and the lives of its employees, serving as the cornerstone of corporate development. Over the years, Xin Dafang has undertaken extensive efforts in this area, including safety training, safety competitions, and fire drills, to maintain a constant state of vigilance. In addition, the Production and Manufacturing Center holds a weekly safety meeting every Tuesday morning to reinforce safety awareness among all frontline staff, reminding everyone to remain constantly alert to safety issues, prioritize safe production at all times, and proactively prevent potential hazards before they occur.
To further enforce enterprises’ primary responsibility for workplace safety, Xindafang organized a spring fire safety emergency drill on the morning of March 29. The drill focused on practical emergency response and rescue operations, aiming to enhance the company’s self-rescue capabilities in the event of a fire through hands-on practice and to evaluate the operability of the company’s emergency response plan.

To ensure that this drill achieves the desired results, the Safety Office and the Production Manufacturing Center developed a detailed drill plan in advance, striving to make it as realistic as possible. An emergency rescue team was established for this drill, with specific roles assigned: an Evacuation and Guidance Group, a Emergency Response and Rescue Group, and a Logistics Support Group. Specifically, each workshop designated five personnel to serve on the Evacuation and Guidance Group, whose responsibility is to organize the safe and orderly evacuation of on-site personnel in the event of a sudden fire; 50 personnel were assigned to the Emergency Response and Rescue Group, divided into five teams of ten, with the primary responsibilities of rescuing injured individuals, salvaging critical materials, containing the spread of the fire, and extinguishing initial-stage fires; and security personnel formed the Logistics Support Group, primarily tasked with providing emergency supplies and logistical support at the scene.
Prior to the drill, the Safety and Environmental Protection Department provided training on fire safety basics, the locations of fire-fighting equipment, how to properly use such equipment in the event of a fire, fire-escape gear, and escape routes. The subsequent hands-on drill was conducted in groups, with the primary objective of practicing the extinguishing of initial fires at the scene.
Upon hearing the fire alarm, members of all emergency response teams swiftly took their positions, with clearly defined roles and seamless coordination. The evacuation team immediately stepped forward to guide personnel to evacuate; meanwhile, the rescue and firefighting team either rushed directly to the source of the fire carrying fire extinguishers or deployed fire hoses, connected nozzles, and opened fire hydrants… The entire operation unfolded rapidly, safely, and in an orderly manner, fully demonstrating the frontline responders’ real-world capabilities.
To ensure that every frontline worker is proficient in the use of at least one type of fire-fighting equipment, after the emergency response team completes the on-site drill, all other personnel who did not participate in the hands-on exercise are instructed on how to use fire extinguishers and then practice using them. This lays a solid foundation for preventing fire spread and controlling initial fires when emergencies arise.
This drill was a complete success, not only validating employees’ practical skills in operating fire extinguishers but also enhancing the emergency response capabilities of our rescue teams. It provided critical assurance for preparedness against emergencies, further strengthened our foundation for safe production, and served as a solid safeguard for the company’s stable development.
