Tang Bowen and his delegation from the Henan Provincial Ordnance Society visited Xindafang for an inspection and research tour.
Xin Dafang News: On March 18, a delegation led by Tang Bowen, Honorary Chairman of the Henan Provincial Ordnance Society; Fan Jun, Chairman; Li Hengkun, Supervisor; and Wang Zhidong, Secretary-General, visited Xin Dafang for an inspection and research tour, accompanied by Zhang Zhihua, Chairman of the company.
The research delegation visited the production workshop and the national-level enterprise technology center, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the company’s R&D personnel. Following the visit, a symposium was held under the chairmanship of Zhang Zhihua, during which both sides jointly examined the current state of military–civilian integration in our province and explored emerging trends in innovative development. Zhang Zhihua provided a thorough explanation of Xindafang’s development philosophy—“pursuing development through innovation and fostering innovation through development”—and noted that, in response to changes in national macroeconomic policies, Xindafang is actively exploring a path of military–civilian integration. Tang Bowen then outlined the basic profile of the Henan Provincial Society of Ordnance Engineering and its key priorities for the coming year, expressing high appreciation for Xindafang’s commitment to independent R&D and its leading role in the specialized construction equipment industry. He also offered recommendations for Xindafang to further align with national initiatives and strengthen the industrial model of military–civilian integration.
Through warm and friendly exchanges, the two sides have reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation and outlined plans for in-depth collaboration in areas such as scientific and technological research and development, the commercialization of research outcomes, and personnel exchanges, thereby actively advancing the establishment of a partnership and jointly driving the robust development of Henan Province’s military-civilian integration industry.
