Li Xian’an, Vice Mayor of Zhengzhou and a member of the Party Leadership Group, along with his delegation, paid a visit to Xin Dafang for inspection and guidance.
Xindafang News: On the morning of September 16, Li Xian’an, Vice Mayor of the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government and a member of the Party Leadership Group; Feng Weiping, Deputy Secretary-General of the Municipal Government; Lan Hai, Deputy District Mayor of Erqi District; and Wang Qingxiang, Vice Chairman of the Zhengzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, paid a visit to Xindafang to inspect and provide guidance on its work, accompanied by Chairman Zhang Zhihua.
First, Mayor Li and his delegation, led by Zhang Zhihua, visited the final assembly workshop and toured the company’s latest specially designed construction equipment. Zhang Zhihua provided a brief overview of the company’s innovative achievements and business performance over the past several years, to which Mayor Li responded with high praise: “I have long heard that Xindafang is a leading enterprise in China’s specialized construction equipment sector, renowned for its strong capacity for independent innovation. Today, after seeing it firsthand, I can confirm that its reputation is well deserved—truly remarkable.”
Subsequently, Mayor Li inquired with concern about the difficulties the company has encountered in its operations and development, with particular emphasis on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the enterprise, and put forward several countermeasures and solutions. In response to Mayor Li’s concerns, Zhang Zhihua highlighted the following points:
First, there is the issue of environmental protection and development. Zhang Zhihua stated that corporate development is the bottom line, while environmental protection is an absolute requirement; although a certain degree of tension exists between the two, there is also potential for mutual benefit, and he expressed the hope that the government would adopt a dialectical approach in addressing this balance.
Secondly, the persistent challenges of difficult and expensive financing for private enterprises continue to severely constrain their development. It is hoped that the government will strengthen policy guidance and broaden financing channels.
Furthermore, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread globally, it has had a profound impact on companies’ overseas markets. It is hoped that the government will introduce supportive policies to help innovative enterprises proactively pursue transformation and upgrading, thereby mitigating losses.
In response to the questions raised by Zhang Zhihua, Mayor Li attached great importance to the matter. He stated: “It is indeed no easy task for private enterprises to thrive, and the government will spare no effort to continuously optimize the business environment, ensure that policies and measures aimed at fostering the development of private enterprises are effectively implemented, and provide full support for their healthy growth.”
In response, Zhang Zhihua expressed his heartfelt gratitude and stated that Xindafang will, under the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People’s Government, continuously strengthen its sense of responsibility for the times, closely align corporate development with national prosperity, national rejuvenation, and the well-being of the people, step forward with courage and take on greater responsibilities. The company will persist in assuming more responsibilities in transformation and upgrading, green building, and intelligent manufacturing, leverage its full-industry-chain capabilities in high-end bridge technology and equipment to lead industry development, and make active contributions to the building of a national central city.
