Chairman Zhang Zhihua Attends and Addresses a Symposium on Private Enterprises Held by the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee—Vigorously Promote the Entrepreneurial Spirit and Further Strengthen Patriotic Sentiment
Xin Dafang News 7 month 24 On [date], the United Front Work Department of the Henan Provincial Party Committee convened a symposium for private entrepreneurs to thoroughly study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the symposium on entrepreneurs. Sun Shougang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and head of the United Front Work Department, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Attendees included representatives from the Provincial United Front Work Department, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and several private entrepreneurs. Zhang Zhihua, Chairman of the Hebei Chamber of Commerce in Henan Province and Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Erqi District, was invited to attend.
At the meeting, Sun Shougang pointed out that at this critical juncture of coordinating epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech has provided clear guidance and fundamental principles for promoting the “two healths” of the private sector. We must strengthen our confidence in development by thoroughly studying and comprehending the spirit of the General Secretary’s important speech, and fully recognize the underlying trend of long-term improvement in China’s economy. We should take the spirit of the speech as a driving force to effectively implement the “six priorities” and “six guarantees.” Moreover, we must keep the General Secretary’s instructions firmly in mind, vigorously promote the entrepreneurial spirit, enhance political guidance, provide professional training, and cultivate sound civic and ethical values, so as to guide entrepreneurs in the private sector in becoming business leaders who are both principled and compassionate.
As the President of the Hebei Chamber of Commerce in Henan Province and the Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Erqi District, Chairman Zhang Zhihua delivered a representative address. He stated that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech was pragmatic, unequivocal, heartfelt, down-to-earth, and deeply attuned to the people’s conditions; it was inspiring and galvanizing, bolstering confidence and providing clear guidance for the healthy development of the private sector and the sound growth of private-sector entrepreneurs, while also sounding the charge to overcome difficulties. Moving forward, the priorities are as follows: first, to elevate our political awareness and use the spirit of the General Secretary’s speech to guide the work of the chamber and enterprises; second, to ensure the resumption of work and production and make active contributions to the “Six Stabilities” and “Six Guarantees”; third, to remain true to the chamber’s original mission and provide high-quality services to pave the way and build bridges for member enterprises; and fourth, to keep firmly in mind our mission and social responsibility, vigorously promote the entrepreneurial spirit, further strengthen our sense of patriotism and devotion to the country, steadfastly pursue innovation and entrepreneurship, operate in compliance with the law and with integrity, broaden our international outlook, and, through concrete actions, make even greater contributions to the nation’s economic and social development.
