Vice Chairman Chen Hao Grants Interview to Henan Television
Xin Dafang News: To promote high-quality development in Henan, implement the innovation-driven strategy, and accelerate the building of a province strong in talent, on October 26 From the 25th to the 27th, the Second China–Henan Talent Recruitment and Innovation Development Conference and the China–Henan Open Innovation and Cross-Border Technology Transfer Conference were grandly held at the Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Center.
As a company that signed agreements at the “Challenge-Based Innovation” session of the conference, prior to the event’s commencement, on October 12, discussions were held regarding the company’s current situation and its development bottlenecks. On [date], Executive Vice Chairman Chen Hao was interviewed by Henan Television.
Chen Hao stated that, after nearly 30 years of development and innovation, Xindafang has realized its ambitious vision of leading the bridge equipment manufacturing industry. However, as the company moves forward with transformation and upgrading and seeks to extend its industrial value chain, it still faces several challenges, including key technologies such as precasting technology for segmental girders, the transportation and erection of box girders in complex roadway conditions, and information-based lifecycle management for industrialized construction. This conference, with the government providing the platform and enterprises taking center stage, represents a highly direct and effective channel for communication, offering an excellent opportunity for companies with similar needs. Xindafang will certainly make full use of this platform to attract talent and facilitate technological exchanges. The company also expresses its gratitude to the government for delivering practical and beneficial outcomes for businesses, and hopes that such events will be held more frequently and with even greater success in the future.
