The Talent Service Year and Special Training on Innovative Operations and Management for Industrial Enterprises in Erqi District Was Successfully Held at Xindafang
Xindafang News 10 month 11 On [date], the Erqi District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology held an event at Xindafang titled “Erqi District” 2019 “Annual Talent Services Year and Special Training Session on Innovative Operation and Management for Industrial Enterprises” was attended by relevant personnel from the District Talent Office and the Township Office of Industrial Economy, as well as heads of large-scale industrial enterprises and small and micro enterprises in Erqi District, totaling nearly 60 People attended the training session.
During the meeting, the District Talent Office presented the “Smart Zhengzhou” talent policy and addressed questions raised by the attending entrepreneurs regarding subsidies under the young talent policy and other related matters.
The meeting also invited Professor Sun Xuemin, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Business of Zhengzhou University, to deliver a lecture on the current macroeconomic situation and strategies for enterprise development. Drawing on real-world case studies, Professor Sun analyzed the trajectory of economic development in recent years and provided a detailed explanation. This training also aligns with the spirit of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s “Opinions on Implementing the ‘Smart Zhengzhou’ Talent Program and Accelerating the Development of a National Central City” and the District Party Committee and District Government’s “Implementation Opinions on the ‘Smart Erqi’ Talent Program,” serving as an important measure to promote the deep integration of talent development with economic and social progress. By leveraging training to foster talent, we seek to elevate professional competence, stimulate entrepreneurial drive, and provide robust human-resource support for the high-quality industrial development of Erqi District.
