Warm congratulations to Chairman Zhang Zhihua and six other individuals on being awarded the first batch of “High-Level Talent” honors by Zhengzhou City.
Xin Dafang News: On October 30, the Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government issued the “Notice on the Recognition of the First Batch of High-Level Talents in 2018.” The list of the first batch of high-level talents in Zhengzhou for 2018 comprises a total of 273 individuals, including 13 top-tier talents, 66 national-level leading talents, 51 local-level leading talents, and 143 local talents who have made outstanding contributions.
Notably, Chairman Zhang Zhihua and Vice Chairman Chen Hao were each awarded the title of “Local-Level Leading Talent,” while Deputy General Manager Li Gang, Chief Engineer Chen Deli, Deputy Chief Engineer Lü Minghua, Chief Designer Dai Yu, and Chief Designer Sun Yongsheng—five individuals in total—were each recognized as “Local Outstanding Contributors.”
This selection process covered leading and emerging industries such as science and technology, education, health care, publicity and culture, biopharmaceuticals, intelligent manufacturing, and information technology. Since May, the process has involved individual applications, recommendations from employing units, review by the competent authorities, expert evaluation against established criteria, verification of eligibility by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and submission to the Municipal People’s Government for deliberation, culminating in the final determination of the first batch of approved candidates.
It is reported that, to ensure high-level talent can promptly and conveniently enjoy the relevant policy benefits, Zhengzhou City will issue the “Zhengzhou High-Level Talent Certificate.” Holders of the certificate will be entitled to a comprehensive package of services, including household registration, residence visas, school enrollment for their children, and medical insurance. Relevant authorities will establish a green channel for talent services and designate dedicated service officers to provide convenient, efficient, and standardized support.
