Xindafang Holds “Correspondent Exchange Meeting and Outstanding Correspondent Recognition Ceremony”
Xindafang News: To strengthen communication among correspondents, stimulate their enthusiasm, and enhance the company’s Culture, on October 22, the Editorial Committee of “Xindafang” convened the “Xindafang Correspondent Exchange Meeting and Outstanding Correspondent Commendation Ceremony.” More than 20 correspondents from various departments of the company freely exchanged views on how to produce a high-quality “Xindafang.”
The company’s internal publication, “New Dafang,” was first published in 2010. As an important public-opinion tool and a carrier for disseminating the company’s Culture, “New Dafang” promotes the company’s culture and enhances its image externally, while uniting employees and boosting morale internally, serving as a vital window for showcasing and establishing the company’s image. Department correspondents, as the discoverers and communicators of grassroots information, are able to promptly, accurately, objectively, and truthfully capture news about the company’s production and business activities, report valuable updates from various departments, and provide a more authentic reflection of the company’s operational status, playing an indispensable role and serving as the backbone of “New Dafang’s” successful publication.
Based on a comprehensive evaluation of the quality and quantity of submissions, the Editorial Committee awarded first-, second-, and third-place prizes for Outstanding Correspondents for 2018. The first-place winner was Ma Zile from the Information Technology Office; the second-place winners were Liu Jian from the Technical Management Office and Zhang Shutao from the Marketing Department; and the third-place winners were Song Jianhua from the After-Sales Service Department, Su Aihua from the General Office, and Liu Rui from the Production Technology Office. To show appreciation, the company provided material rewards of varying levels.
During the exchange meeting, all the award-winning correspondents delivered brief remarks, sharing their experiences and insights with their colleagues. They also discussed topics such as news-writing techniques and submission guidelines, as well as news gathering, editing, and drafting, offering their own approaches and writing tips. Through these exchanges, other correspondents were able to learn the principles and methods of news writing.
This exchange meeting not only enhanced the rapport and communication among correspondents, but also helped everyone broaden their horizons, boost their confidence, and create a publicity atmosphere that promotes the rapid development of the company’s Culture.
