Chairman Zhang Zhihua was honored with the title of “Outstanding Builder of the Socialist Cause with Chinese Characteristics among Non-Public Sector Economic Actors” at the Fifth Henan Provincial Awards Ceremony.
Xin Dafang News: On August 25, the Henan Provincial Conference on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Non-Public Sector was held at the Henan Provincial Party School Conference Center. Wang Guosheng, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, and Chen Run’er, Governor of Henan Province, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Chairman Zhang Zhihua was invited to attend.
The conference solemnly commended 100 outstanding contributors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the non-public sector across the province, and Chairman Zhang Zhihua was successfully selected, earning the honor of being named a “Outstanding Contributor to the Cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics from the Non-Public Sector” in the fifth session of Henan Province’s awards.
This conference thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, steadfastly upheld the CPC Central Committee’s major policies of “unswerving commitment to the two principles” and “three unchanging factors,” and, in accordance with the requirements of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Tenth Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Work Conference, made arrangements for the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy in Henan Province for the present and the period ahead. The conference emphasized the need to focus on high-quality development of the non-public sector, adopting clearer guidance, firmer confidence, and more pragmatic measures to further foster a robust environment conducive to its healthy growth, further promote the spirit of outstanding entrepreneurs, and further ignite the enthusiasm for innovation and creativity across society. Efforts will be made to achieve innovative, transformative, and quality-driven development of the non-public sector in Henan Province in the new era, thereby providing strong and solid support for making the Central Plains even more remarkable.
Zhang Zhihua believes the most distinctive feature of the meeting was its “pragmatism”: it squarely identified problems without concealment or evasion, and in response issued three sets of opinions and one implementation plan, along with a series of high-impact policy measures aimed at improving the business environment and delivering substantial, tangible benefits to enterprises.
Zhang Zhihua stated that receiving this honor is both a recognition and a source of inspiration. Moving forward, he will remain committed to striving for progress and continuous innovation, diligently implementing the decisions and arrangements made at this conference, staying true to his original aspiration and keeping his mission firmly in mind. He will clarify the vision and steer the course for the company’s future development, contribute to the growth of the non-public sector across the province, and make even greater contributions to the realization of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
