Xindafang Organizes a “Staff Skills Competition” for Frontline Skilled Workers
Xindafang News: At the end of December, Xindafang organized a “Staff Skills Competition” for frontline technicians. The event was divided into three trades—riveting and welding, turning, and electrical work—and attracted more than 50 participants.
The skills competition consists of two parts: a theoretical examination and a practical assessment. The theoretical exam accounts for 30% of the total score, while the practical assessment accounts for 70%. The competition’s judging panel scores participants in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and ultimately awards first-, second-, and third-place honors in each trade.
This event not only provided frontline employees with an opportunity to showcase their talents, but also fostered a work environment characterized by the pursuit of excellence and a relentless drive to be the best.
