A Symposium on the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization in Industrial Enterprises, Inspected by Members of the Erqi District CPPCC Committee, Held at Xindafang
Xindafang News: On the morning of July 29, the CPPCC Committee of Erqi District organized a fact-finding visit to the Mazhai Industrial Cluster Zone, conducting research on advancing the integration of informatization and industrialization to enhance the level of information-based and industrial manufacturing. A special symposium was subsequently held in the third-floor conference room of Xindafang.
Yu Guangzhi, Chairman of the District CPPCC; Chen Aiping, Wu Shuwen, Chen Xuru, and Wang Tongchao, leaders of the District CPPCC; Yuan Bin, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Director of the District Party Committee Office, and Executive Deputy Director of the Mazhai Industrial Cluster Zone Management Committee; and Tan Qinglu, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the District Government, attended the meeting.
As a member of the Zhengzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Zhihua, Chairman of the company, attended the symposium and reported on the company’s progress in integrating information technology with industrialization. Zhang Zhihua stated that Xindafang began implementing its IT infrastructure development as early as 2008. To date, it has primarily established three major systems: an Enterprise Resource Management System, a Remote Monitoring System for Engineering Equipment, and a 3D Digital Simulation Center. Looking ahead, the company will continue to focus on exploring the “Internet Plus” model and further advancing IT initiatives such as cross-border e-commerce. Zhang Zhihua emphasized that the integration of information technology and industrialization should not be pursued in isolation or through hasty, short-sighted efforts; rather, it must be guided by a pragmatic approach that aligns IT strategy with the actual needs and circumstances of the enterprise, ensuring that IT development genuinely supports corporate growth and serves as a source of momentum for scaling up, strengthening, and optimizing the business.
After listening to the reports from various enterprises on the progress of the integration of informatization and industrialization in industrial enterprises, Yu Guangzhi, Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, delivered a concluding speech. He stated that the integration of informatization and industrialization is a major trend in today’s economic development, particularly in the industrial sector, and represents a significant enhancement of enterprises’ economic philosophies, production methods, and management standards. He expressed the hope that entrepreneur CPPCC members would not only offer timely advice and suggestions but also take the lead in their respective jobs by strengthening innovation in enterprise management, business models, and technology, continuously advancing scientific and technological progress and innovative development within their companies. In doing so, they would contribute their share to promoting the in-depth integration of industrialization and informatization across the district, accelerating the “integration of three zones,” building “three Erqi” areas, achieving “three leading roles,” and constructing a modern, international, and multifunctional urban district—thereby consolidating consensus, pooling wisdom, and rallying strength.
Background: In 2011, Xindafang was recognized by the Zhengzhou Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology as one of the first batch of “Zhengzhou Demonstration Enterprises for the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization”; in 2015, it was designated by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a “Unit for Cultivating Digital Enterprises under the Henan Provincial Manufacturing Informatization Science and Technology Project”; and in 2016, it was commended by the Henan Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology as an “Advanced Unit in the Operation Monitoring and Forecasting Platform for the Henan Provincial Industrial Economy.”
