Warm Congratulations on the Successful Convening of the 2016 Science and Technology Innovation Conference by Xindafang
News from New Dafang: On July 27, Zhengzhou New Dafang Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co., Ltd. grandly held the 2016 Science and Technology Innovation Conference. The conference was aimed at identifying and approving research projects with high technical levels, strong innovation capabilities, and robust market competitiveness, in response to domestic and international market demands over the next three to five years. Through scientific and technological innovation and tackling key technical problems, the company will build up a solid technological reserve for its future transformation and upgrading.
This conference established a review committee, with Chairman Zhang Zhihua serving as the chairperson and Professor Zhang Sanchuan from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Zhengzhou University as the vice chairperson. Heads of relevant departments within the company and heads of affiliated and controlled companies also served as members of the review committee. The committee conducted a thorough discussion and evaluation of each of the nine research projects presented, covering aspects such as research content, research direction, innovation, comparison with domestic and international technologies, market demand, and research budget, achieving excellent results.
Professor Zhang, Deputy Chair of the Review Committee, stated that this Innovation Conference effectively integrates corporate product R&D with subsequent development, further advancing the company’s commitment to and implementation of independent innovation and laying a solid foundation for its ongoing innovative endeavors. Zhang Zhihua, Chair of the Review Committee, noted that the company plans to allocate 30 to 40 million yuan in funding for this year’s science-and-technology projects, which will further stimulate the innovation vitality and enthusiasm of its R&D personnel. Moreover, the company hopes that through the approval of these science-and-technology initiatives, it can position itself at the forefront of future technological innovation, enabling Xindafang to continue leading industry development in the field of specialized equipment and to represent China’s equipment technology on the global stage.
This conference attracted attention from Zhengzhou Television and the Zhengzhou Daily, which dispatched reporters to the venue to conduct interviews and coverage.
