Warm congratulations to Xindafang on being awarded the titles of “Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation in Zhengzhou” and “Best Employer in Zhengzhou”!
Xin Dafang News: On the morning of June 16, the “2016 Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs’ Day,” jointly organized by the Zhengzhou Enterprise Federation, the Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs Association, the Zhengzhou Industrial Economy Federation (collectively referred to as the “Three Associations of Zhengzhou”) and the Zhengzhou General Trade Union, was held at the Yellow River Welcome Hotel. Zhang Zhihua, Chairman and Vice President of the “Three Associations of Zhengzhou,” attended the event by invitation.
The theme of the “2016 Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs’ Day” was “Inspiring Entrepreneurial Spirit and Harnessing Entrepreneurial Talent.” Attending the event were Hao Jiansheng, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Congress and President of the city’s “Three Associations”; Zhang Wentian, Executive Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board; Xue Jingxia, Vice Chairwoman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and the Federation of Industry and Commerce; Lin Zengzhi, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; as well as more than 300 heads of Zhengzhou-based enterprises. Together, they studied and discussed the essence of entrepreneurial spirit and explored ways to better leverage it, with the aim of making greater contributions to Zhengzhou’s economic development.
At the event, awards were presented on-site to outstanding enterprises and individuals recognized for their transformation and innovation in Zhengzhou in 2015, including the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation,” the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Entrepreneur for Transformation and Innovation,” and the “Zhengzhou Best Employer.” For Xindafang, 2015 was an extraordinary and atypical year. As the traditional equipment market became increasingly saturated and overall demand declined, the company faced entirely new requirements and challenges. To meet this tough market environment, Xindafang leveraged technological innovation to continuously optimize its product portfolio, explore new business areas, develop cutting-edge products, and drive the company’s transformation and upgrading—ensuring sustained, healthy, and stable growth. As a result, the company was honored with both the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation” and the “Zhengzhou Best Employer” awards for 2015. In addition, Chairman Zhang Zhihua was individually recognized as the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Entrepreneur for Transformation and Innovation.”
According to reports, the selection process for this initiative was extremely rigorous. Based on recommendations from various counties, county-level cities, districts, and relevant organizations, candidate enterprises and entrepreneurs were evaluated on their performance in fulfilling social responsibility, achieving results in transformation and innovation, managing production and operations, and maintaining sound labor relations. The nominations were then submitted to the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Municipal Work Safety Administration, the Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, and other departments for review and approval. Ultimately, the winning entities were selected from among the more than 10,000 enterprises that had submitted applications.
