The “QLY1560 Wheeled Crane” independently developed by Xindafang has successfully passed the Henan Province Results appraisal.

Xindafang News: On December 13, 2014, the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology invited a panel of renowned experts, including Academician Wang Jingquan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Feng Peien, a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (former Vice President of Zhejiang University), and Gao Wensheng, Secretary-General of the Henan Mechanical Engineering Society, to conduct an appraisal of the Results of the project—“QLY1560 Wheeled Crane”—undertaken by the company under the Henan Provincial Major Science and Technology Special Project “Research and Development and Industrialization of Lifting Technology and Equipment for Megawatt-Class Wind Turbine Generators” (Project No.: 091100211400). Relevant leaders from the Zhengzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Erqi District Science and Technology Bureau attended the appraisal meeting.

The expert review panel listened to Xindafang’s report on the project R&D, reviewed the relevant technical documents, and inspected the prototype at the Xindafang Industrial Park. After two rounds of questioning and discussion, the experts unanimously agreed that the Innovation of the QLY1560 wheeled crane has reached the leading level of international land-based wind power lifting equipment technology.

Wang Jingquan, Chairman of the Expert Review Panel and an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, stated: “This equipment has addressed the most challenging issues in wind-turbine lifting operations, breaking through key technological bottlenecks. Its innovative breakthroughs not only place it at the forefront of China’s industry but also on the global stage, playing an irreplaceable role in advancing China’s wind-energy sector.”

The company’s independently developed QLY1560 wheeled crane is specifically designed to meet the unique challenges of mountainous wind farms, including narrow access roads, steep gradients, sharp turns, and compact turbine foundations, thereby enabling safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly green construction practices for mountain wind projects. To date, this product has been deployed at more than ten wind farms across China, delivering convenient and intuitive operation, high levels of safety and reliability, and outstanding operational efficiency. It also significantly reduces labor, material, and financial resource consumption, yielding substantial economic, social, and environmental benefits.
