Warm congratulations to Xindafang on being awarded the titles of “Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation in Zhengzhou” and “Best Employer in Zhengzhou”!
Xindafang News: On June 11, the “2014 Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs’ Day,” hosted by the Zhengzhou Enterprise Federation, the Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs Association, and the Zhengzhou Industrial Economy Federation (collectively referred to as the “Three Associations of the City”), was held at the Yellow River Welcome Hotel.
The theme of the “2014 Zhengzhou Entrepreneurs’ Day” is “Breaking Barriers through Reform and Promoting Innovation and Transformation—The Era-Defining Responsibility of Entrepreneurs in the New Era.” Attending the event were Hao Jiansheng, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Congress and President of the city’s “Three Associations”; Zhang Wentian, Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Board; Xue Jingxia, Vice Chairwoman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and the Federation of Industry and Commerce; Lin Zengzhi, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; as well as more than 300 heads of Zhengzhou-based enterprises. As Vice President of the city’s “Three Associations,” Chairman Zhang Zhihua was invited to attend.
On this occasion, on-site awards were presented to outstanding organizations and individuals for 2013, including the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation,” the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Entrepreneur,” and the “Zhengzhou Best Employer.” The year 2013 was one brimming with both opportunities and challenges. Over the past year, Xindafang leveraged technological innovation to continuously optimize its product portfolio, successfully achieving corporate transformation and upgrading. Thanks to its sound labor relations and strong social reputation, the company was honored with both the “Zhengzhou Outstanding Enterprise for Transformation and Innovation” and the “Zhengzhou Best Employer” titles. Meanwhile, Chairman Zhang Zhihua was bestowed the prestigious title of “Zhengzhou Outstanding Entrepreneur.”
According to reports, the selection process for this event was extremely rigorous. Based on recommendations from various counties, county-level cities, districts, and relevant organizations, the applicant enterprises and entrepreneurs were evaluated on dimensions such as their corporate social responsibility, achievements in transformation and innovation, production and business management, and labor relations. The evaluation results were then submitted to the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Municipal Work Safety Administration, the Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, and other departments for review and approval, before the final list of winners was determined.
