Xin Dafang Awarded the First Batch of “Henan Province Outstanding Innovative Enterprise” Honors
Xindafang News: In order to implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the National Science and Technology Conference, and to advance the innovation-driven development strategy, the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Henan Provincial Government recently convened the Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Conference, at which 30 “Outstanding Innovative Enterprises of Henan Province” were selected and commended. Our company is delighted to have been awarded this prestigious honor. Reportedly, this marks the first time such recognition has been bestowed in Henan Province.
This selection initiative was approved by the provincial government and organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, with coverage extending to national-level high-tech enterprises and innovation-driven (pilot) enterprises at or above the provincial level across the province. According to a relevant official from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the 30 enterprises honored in the first batch share the following common characteristics: high standards of innovation management, a solid foundation for innovative development, and promising prospects for sustained growth; moreover, their capabilities in independent innovation and overall market competitiveness both rank among the leading levels in their respective domestic industries.
As a private enterprise, Xindafang boldly put forward the innovative development philosophy of “pursuing development through innovation and fostering innovation through development” from the very outset of its growth, and established an R&D–manufacturing integrated innovation system. The company has vigorously strengthened the building of innovation platforms and teams, leveraging national-level enterprise technology centers, the Henan Provincial Academician Workstation, and the Henan Provincial Postdoctoral Research Station to ramp up R&D investment, cultivate an innovative corporate culture, and develop a high-caliber R&D workforce. Over more than a decade of dedicated research and technological breakthroughs, the company has achieved one milestone after another in the fields of heavy-duty specialized construction technologies and equipment, transforming itself from an obscure local private firm into a leading player in China’s specialized equipment sector and a model for technological innovation among private enterprises in our province.
In 2008, Xindafang was recognized as a “Henan Provincial Pilot Innovative Enterprise”; in 2009, it was designated a “Henan Provincial Innovative Enterprise”; and in 2012, it was successfully selected as a member of the “Fifth Batch of National Pilot Innovative Enterprises.” This string of innovation accolades fully demonstrates the broad recognition from all sectors of society of Xindafang’s achievements in scientific and technological innovation.
Today, being once again recognized as one of the first “Outstanding Innovative Enterprises of Henan Province” has further inspired Xindafang’s enthusiasm for scientific and technological innovation, enabling the company to maintain a vibrant spirit of innovation. By leveraging new technologies and products to capture market share, Xindafang is making fresh contributions to elevating the overall level of China’s specialized construction equipment sector!
