Xin Dafang Successfully Passes the National Qualification Review for the Production and Manufacturing of Gantry Cranes and Cantilever Cranes
Xin Dafang News: Recently, a five-member expert review panel comprising representatives from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute, the Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and the Henan Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute visited the Xin Dafang Industrial Park to conduct an accreditation review of the manufacturing qualifications for gantry cranes and jib cranes.
The main projects reviewed this time include the qualification review for the manufacturing, installation, modification, and maintenance of gantry cranes; the document review for the manufacturing, installation, modification, and maintenance of cantilever cranes; and the qualification review for the MG16L general-purpose gantry crane.
The expert review panel first conducted a site inspection of the company’s plant, carrying out on-site verification and examination of the existing production equipment. Subsequently, the panel was divided into two sub-groups, which respectively reviewed the operation of the quality assurance system for the manufacture of special equipment, verified compliance with mandatory requirements such as human resource support, and inspected specific aspects of production process safety for gantry cranes and jib cranes. Following document review, on-site inspection of production and testing equipment, and interviews, the review panels unanimously concluded that the company fully possesses the capabilities and standards required for the manufacturing, modification, and maintenance of gantry cranes, jib cranes, and general-purpose cranes, thereby enabling the company to successfully pass this production qualification review.
At the final review meeting, the experts fully commended the company’s production capabilities, institutional development, and standardized management of gantry cranes and jib cranes. At the same time, the expert panel provided extensive professional guidance and valuable recommendations for the company’s future development.
