On the morning of February 13, all members of Xindafang gathered in grand style for the “Xindafang 2025 Year-End Review and Awards Ceremony & 2026 New Year Welcome Gathering,” where we reflected on our journey of hard work and looked forward to the exciting new chapter ahead.

The Grand Ceremony Kicks Off—Drumbeats Resound, Forging Ahead
Outside, the spring breeze is gentle and warm; inside, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Brilliant lights, festive decorations, and cheerful music blend together to create a sea of joy, with the vibrant spirit of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new permeating every corner—a testament to the warmth and strength that unite the people of Xindafang in their shared journey forward.
Over the past year, in the face of a complex and ever-changing market environment as well as new challenges and opportunities in industry development, Xindafang has firmly anchored its development goals and, with greater determination, more pragmatic measures, and more vigorous action, has advanced steadily on the path of growth. Throughout the Group, we have consistently upheld the guiding principle of “driving transformation through international market expansion” and taken “integrated group operations” as our key leverage, thereby expanding markets, strengthening innovation, refining management, and elevating quality. As a result, we achieved record-high annual new contract awards and saw overseas markets account for over 55% of our business, maintaining our industry-leading position and further enhancing the brand image of Xindafang as a major national strategic equipment manufacturer.
The fellowship event officially kicked off with the rousing and inspiring corporate anthem, as all employees joined in unison to sing of the original aspirations and sense of responsibility that define the people of Xindafang, and to express the vigorous momentum driving them forward with unwavering determination.
Immediately afterward, the engineering company presented a grand opening performance titled “Joyful Ode to a Prosperous Era,” its vigorous rhythm and majestic momentum instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the entire audience and allowing every attendee to feel the festive spirit of the New Year and the soaring determination of the people of Xinfang.
Leader's Speech
At the outset of the conference, Chairman Zhang Zhihua delivered a New Year greeting, extending his sincerest wishes to all employees of Xindafang and their families. He pointed out that these achievements were made possible thanks to the care and support of customers at home and abroad, as well as the attention and backing from leaders at all levels and from all sectors of society, and, above all, through the hard work and selfless dedication of Xindafang’s employees. He emphasized that in the new year, the company will continue to deepen its “integrated brand management” approach, further intensify innovation and market development, and move steadily toward the ambitious goal of becoming a global leader in comprehensive services for high-end, intelligent engineering technology and equipment by focusing on “high-endization, intelligentization, and green practices.” Together, we will write an even more glorious future for Xindafang, ensuring that “Made in Zhengzhou” shines on the world stage and that China’s major national projects radiate endless brilliance!
The Chairman’s words were firm and inspiring, rallying the entire workforce and filling them with renewed enthusiasm, prompting sustained, enthusiastic applause from the audience.

Zhao Zhengbin, a director of SDI, also delivered a speech that was brimming with enthusiasm. He not only acknowledged past achievements and outlined the company’s future direction but also inspired every member of the SDI team to forge ahead with courage, continuously push boundaries, and deliver even more outstanding results in the year ahead.

Vice Chairman Chen Hao took the stage to announce “Ten Major Events of Xindafang in 2025,” each of which outlines the company’s developmental trajectory for the year and underscores Xindafang’s strength and confidence in its continued growth.

During the exhilarating closing and awards ceremony, recipients of the “Innovation Model,” “Technical Model,” “Production Model,” “Sales Model,” “Dedication Model,” “Service Model,” “Construction Model,” “Outstanding Employee,” “Outstanding Team Leader,” “Outstanding Project Manager,” “Outstanding Contribution Award,” “Market Development Award,” “Advanced Individual in Confidentiality Work,” “I Offer Valuable Suggestions for Company Development” award, as well as the “Outstanding Team,” took to the stage one after another to receive the honors they so rightly deserved.
Among them are innovators who have devoted themselves to the technology sector, relentlessly tackling tough challenges; pioneers who fight on the front lines of the market, boldly expanding into new territories; pragmatic doers who remain steadfast at their production posts, constantly striving for excellence; dedicated service professionals who put others first and provide warm, reliable support; managers who lead their teams to overcome obstacles and achieve even greater success; and outstanding teams that unite as one, collaborate effectively, and work in perfect harmony. Behind every award recipient lies day after day of unwavering dedication and hard work; behind every exemplary team is a collective spirit of determination, unity, and relentless effort. The rousing applause from the audience is both a tribute to role models and a resounding cheer for those who strive and persevere.

A Joyful Gala to Usher in the Year of the Horse
A dazzling array of cultural performances added a unique sparkle to the fellowship gathering. All the members of the New Dafang troupe wrote, directed, and performed their own acts, presenting a richly varied and thoroughly engaging artistic feast. The New Year medley brimmed with energy; the “Three-Sentence Half” skit was witty and humorous; the song “Beautiful Mood” was tender and ethereal; the poetry recitation “The Iron Cavalry Takes Responsibility” was resolute and powerful; the song “Childhood Hometown” exuded deep warmth; the guitar-accompanied rendition of “Chengdu” flowed with a melodious tune; the excerpt from the Henan Opera “Chaoyanggou,” “Dialogue Between In-Laws,” was steeped in charm and flavor; the short skit “Just a Little Thing” combined education with entertainment; the stand-up comedy was packed with clever, rapid-fire jokes; “The Professional Dedication Alliance” radiated boundless vitality; and the finale, “The Flower Guardian,” burst with an electrifying rhythm. One outstanding performance followed another, as singing, laughter, and applause intertwined to create a sea of joy.
Finally, Chairman Zhang Zhihua’s impromptu rendition of “Only Those Who Strive Will Win” brought the atmosphere to a thrilling new peak. Amid the joyful celebrations, the gala featured several exhilarating raffle draws. A total of five first-prize winners were selected, each receiving an outdoor sports watch; fifteen second-prize winners took home a set of 68-piece family-themed dinnerware; and thirty third-prize winners were awarded a branded air fryer. The successive highlights kept the event buzzing with excitement, leaving the entire venue ablaze with enthusiasm. In addition to the on-stage raffles, the audience also enjoyed one surprise after another—essential household items such as rice, flour, cooking oil, and milk were generously provided as thoughtful gifts.
As the annual gala drew to a close, senior management and mid-level department heads took to the stage one after another to extend their most heartfelt New Year greetings to all employees. With this, the Xindafang 2025 Summary and Awards Ceremony combined with the 2026 New Year Welcome Gathering came to a successful conclusion in an atmosphere of unity, joy, and forward momentum.
Looking back at 2025, we have overcome countless obstacles and reaped abundant rewards; looking ahead to 2026, our original aspirations remain as firm as a rock, and our steps are resolute and steady. In the new year, as we embark on a new journey, all members of Xindafang will take this fellowship gathering as a fresh starting point, nurturing our dreams and forging ahead with courage and determination. Upholding the mission of “major national equipment—China’s backbone,” we will unite as one, pool our strengths, and move forward with even greater conviction, a more pragmatic work style, and an unwavering fighting spirit. Together, we will tackle tough challenges and create new glories on the path of development in 2026, writing a new chapter of high-quality growth for Xindafang and ensuring that the banner of Xindafang flies high in the field of specialized equipment!
