After the arduous journey, the scenery is breathtaking; racing across mountains and seas to usher in a new era—The 2024 Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2025 New Year Celebration of Xindafang were solemnly held.
Dragons soar through the sea of clouds to bid farewell to the old year, while snakes dance among mountains and rivers to welcome the new.
On January 25, all members of Xindafang gathered in grand style for the “Xindafang 2024 Year-End Review and Awards Ceremony & 2025 New Year Welcome Gala,” where they jointly reviewed their achievements and shared their joy. Outside the windows, snowflakes swirled down; inside, the atmosphere was as warm as spring. Energetic music filled the air, vibrant red lanterns hung everywhere, and laughter and cheerful chatter echoed throughout—creating a rich, festive ambiance.
This year, in the face of the severe challenges posed by the global economic downturn and insufficient demand resulting from unprecedented changes in a century, Xindafang promptly adjusted its business strategy: leveraging the optimization of existing products to consolidate established markets; using new product R&D as a breakthrough to explore new areas; centering on expanding into overseas markets to drive market transformation; and pursuing “integrated group management” to achieve resource sharing and enhance operational efficiency. Thanks to the tireless efforts and tenacious spirit of every member of the Xindafang Group, the company’s performance has achieved a historic breakthrough—truly invaluable and worthy of recognition.
The fellowship event kicked off with the rousing and uplifting new Dafang anthem, “Flinging Our Dreams.” Following that, the engineering company delivered a breathtaking opening dance titled “A Winning Start,” featuring passionate movements, powerful shouts, and red flags waving throughout the venue—energizing every single member of the Dafang family in attendance.
Next, Chairman Zhang Zhihua delivered his New Year greeting. He stated that over the past year, through relentless progress and perseverance, we have demonstrated the boldness and unwavering resolve of the people of Xindafang, as well as our shared hope for a brighter future. Now, we stand at the new starting point of 2025: the drums of departure are beating, and the clarion call to action has sounded. Our priorities and guiding principles for the years ahead remain “expand markets and explore new fields,” “launch new products and create premium offerings,” and “reduce costs while enhancing efficiency.” We urge all members of the Group to uphold the overarching mindset of “working together as one, playing the same game,” to firmly embrace the ethos of “judging success by results and recognizing heroes by outcomes,” to display the tenacity of “clinging steadfastly to our goals no matter how challenging the going may be,” and to maintain a keen sense of vigilance in times of peace—coupled with rock-solid strategic composure. With these qualities, let us stay laser-focused on our objectives, pursue concrete and diligent action, unite as one, march forward with heads held high, and strive to forge a bright and promising future for Xindafang.
This year, the company achieved outstanding results in innovation, market development, production efficiency improvement, and brand building. Li Gang, director of the Technology Center, announced the “Ten Major Events of Xindafang in 2024,” summarizing the company’s key and highlight projects for the year, which was met with enthusiastic applause.
A summary and awards ceremony was held on site, during which 60 “Outstanding Employees,” 1 “Outstanding Team Leader,” 1 “Outstanding Project Manager,” 8 recipients of the “I Offer Valuable Suggestions for the Company’s Development” award, 7 “Most Admirable Strivers,” and 3 “Outstanding Teams” were honored. The ceremony recognized employees and teams who have excelled in their respective roles. Each award was presented to rousing applause and cheers, filling the venue with an atmosphere of joy and pride. This moment of honor and heartfelt emotion will be etched forever in the hearts of every employee, serving as a powerful source of motivation for New Dafang as it continues to forge ahead.
In addition, the annual gala featured a dazzling array of self-written, self-directed, and self-performed acts that ignited an exceptionally lively atmosphere. The poetry recitation “Major National Instruments” was deeply heartfelt, paying tribute to China’s artisan spirit; the witty and humorous “I Love Going to Work” had everyone laughing out loud; the three-line verse “Quality Matters in Every Detail” conveyed the importance of quality in an easygoing way; there were also heartwarming blessing songs such as “Father” and “A Little Bit of Luck”; classic, widely beloved tunes like “A Single Plum Blossom” and “Preserving This Moment”; inspiring anthems including “Vast Seas, Boundless Skies,” “All Hands on Deck—Let’s Sail the Big Ship,” and “The Night Before Enlistment”; selections from timeless operas such as “Capturing Jiang Wei” and “Little Cangwa”; and a mesmerizing magic show. Each performance showcased the multifaceted talents of the New Dafang team and underscored their love for life and their positive, upward-looking spirit.
During the performance, a lucky-draw segment featuring the “Golden Snake Brings Good Fortune” was also held, with a total of 5 first-prize winners each receiving a wristwatch; 10 second-prize winners each receiving a branded steam oven; and 20 third-prize winners each receiving a sports backpack. In addition, 60 lucky winners were selected to receive a festive plush toy symbolizing the Year of the Snake. Altogether, more than 90 “lucky recipients” ensured that the gala reached one thrilling climax after another, leaving the entire venue buzzing with excitement.
As the event drew to a close, Chairman Zhang Zhihua delivered a heartfelt performance of “The Wolf Falls in Love with the Sheep.” Accompanied by the music, his voice soared at times and dipped low at others—sometimes booming with power, other times soft and tender—earning continuous applause from the audience. The closing dance, “Cute Frog Dance Park,” was equally dazzling: clad in adorable frog costumes, the performers exuded endearing charm that had everyone laughing and thoroughly delighted. The finale song, “As We Wish,” conveyed the hope that each of us will carry dreams in our hearts and light in our eyes; that our motherland will thrive in prosperity and peace, its mountains and rivers serene, and its everyday life warm and full of human warmth. This “final trilogy” once again brought the annual gala to a thrilling climax. At the conclusion, the company’s senior leadership team took to the stage to extend New Year greetings to all, offering their most sincere wishes for a prosperous and joyful Spring Festival. The gala came to a successful close in an atmosphere of unity, determination, joy, and harmony.
