Xin Dafang Attends the District Procuratorate’s Open-Door Day Event on Prosecutorial Services for “Six Stabilities” and “Six Guarantees” to Safeguard the Development of Private Enterprises
Xin Dafang News: On October 27, the Erqi District Procuratorate held a Procuratorial Open Day event aimed at supporting the “Six Stabilities” and “Six Guarantees” initiatives and safeguarding the development of private enterprises. Zhang Zhihua, Chairman of the Erqi District Federation of Industry and Commerce and head of a leading private enterprise in the district, was invited to attend and deliver a speech.
In his address, Zhang Zhihua stated that a rule-of-law environment is an essential component of the business climate, and the development of private enterprises is even more dependent on the care and support of the procuratorial organs. Taking this event as an opportunity, Xindafang will work closely with the District Procuratorate to make proactive efforts to promote the development of the private economy in Erqi District. First, we will further elevate our political awareness, continue to improve the platform for responding to the demands of private enterprises in our district, ensure effective handling of such requests, and provide higher-quality judicial services to support the high-quality development of private enterprises in our district. Second, we will further consolidate collaborative forces for development, fully leverage the role of the Federation of Industry and Commerce as a bridge and link, further streamline channels for communication and liaison between enterprises and the procuratorial organs, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and foster a legal environment conducive to the development of the private sector. Third, we will further strengthen our service-oriented mindset, establish and refine mechanisms for communication and coordination between the District Procuratorate and the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, conduct in-depth field investigations at enterprises, and facilitate information exchange; jointly carry out publicity and education initiatives to cultivate a positive atmosphere in which entrepreneurs in our district learn the law, understand the law, abide by the law, and apply the law; regard respect for the law and integrity and trustworthiness as the foundation for personal and professional success; and, through the high-quality development of enterprises and the healthy growth of entrepreneurs, make new and greater contributions to the building of “Three Erqis.”
