Henan Provincial Association for Promoting the Work of Academicians and Experts We have consistently adhered to the working principle of “serving members and pursuing innovative development,” taking the innovation needs of our member organizations as our guiding focus, leveraging research institutions as our foundation, and using industry–university–research collaboration projects as the connecting link. In doing so, we have facilitated the flow of high-level talent to the grassroots level and led academicians of the two academies and their innovation teams to visit all 18 prefecture-level cities in our province. In each prefecture-level city, we will assist member organizations in overcoming core, critical technologies in their industries, cultivating a pool of innovative talent, strengthening their capacity for independent innovation, and enhancing their market competitiveness.
Zhang Zhihua expressed profound honor at being elected Vice President. He stated that the Association will be guided by the needs of its members, remain true to its original mission, and continue to serve as an effective bridge and link. Leveraging a team of academicians and expert scholars as a pool of high-caliber intellectual talent, the Association will use diverse activities as leverage, with collaborative innovation integrating industry, academia, research, and application as its primary task. By strengthening its foundations, attracting broad participation, uniting forces from all sectors, enhancing service effectiveness, and building a strong service brand, the Association will, driven by a spirit of bold exploration, innovative drive, and pragmatic action, become Henan Province’s talent hub, technological magnet, and innovation stronghold for scientific and technological innovation. In doing so, it will provide solid human resource and intellectual support for the province’s transformation and upgrading and for advancing innovative development, thereby creating more “Central Plains miracles” and “China miracles.”
Nearly 120 representatives and responsible officials from the science and technology bureaus of prefecture-level cities, higher education institutions, research institutes, enterprises, and member organizations. People attend the meeting.
