Zhang Liyong, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Provincial Higher People’s Court, Visits Xindafang to Conduct Research and Provide Guidance
Xindafang News: At the start of the New Year, Zhang Liyong, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the Henan Provincial Higher People’s Court, visited the Xindafang Industrial Park for a research tour, accompanied by Huang Baowei, Secretary of the Provincial Political and Legal Committee; Yu Donghui, President of the Provincial Intermediate People’s Court; Li Xiaolei, Deputy Secretary of the Erqi District CPC Committee, and other leaders. During the visit, President Zhang also held a symposium with Zhang Zhihua, a deputy to the Provincial People’s Congress and Chairman of the company.
Zhang Zhihua began by providing Dean Zhang and his delegation with a detailed briefing on the company’s approach to technological innovation, its innovative achievements, and its vision for future corporate development. He emphasized that, at the end of the day, competition among enterprises is ultimately a contest of innovative capacity—a principle of market competition that has been repeatedly validated by history. As a homegrown private enterprise, Xindada has resolutely adopted an innovation strategy of “driving development through innovation and fostering innovation through development” in order to prevail in the fiercely competitive market. The company has prioritized filling domestic gaps and breaking foreign monopolies as its R&D focus, delivering specialized construction technologies and equipment valued at over RMB 7 billion for more than 500 major key projects at home and abroad, including high-speed rail, wind power, intercity rail transit, and water-transfer projects—technologies that have reached internationally leading levels. In addition to meeting domestic demand, its products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including Russia, South Korea, Brazil, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Taiwan, thereby establishing the company as a leader in China’s specialized construction-equipment sector. Furthermore, the company allocates more than 5% of its annual profits to reward employees for patent inventions, academic papers, research outcomes, and other achievements, thus motivating R&D personnel to redouble their efforts in developing new products. It is precisely this passion for and vitality of innovation that has enabled Xindada to successfully complete its transformation and upgrading amid challenging economic conditions—such as the global economic downturn and sluggish domestic infrastructure development—thereby sustaining the company’s healthy and stable growth trajectory.
President Zhang fully affirmed and praised the achievements that Xindafang has made through Innovation, hailing Xindafang as an outstanding model of private enterprises. He said that, in the face of the escalating global financial crisis, private enterprises are undergoing a new transformation of their traditional business models, entering a new stage where development, status, and competitiveness all depend on Innovation—indeed, it even affects the very survival of enterprises. However, he emphasized that while continuing to pursue Innovation, Xindafang should also ensure the security of its innovative outcomes, facilitate the commercialization of these outcomes, and place particular emphasis on the protection and strategic planning of intellectual property rights, by thoroughly studying and effectively applying the law to safeguard its own rights and interests in accordance with the law.
Finally, President Zhang stated unequivocally that the court system will continue to foster a favorable judicial environment, provide robust legal safeguards for enterprise development, and promote the healthy growth of businesses.
