Jin Suidong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Visits Xindafang for Research
Xindafang News: On the afternoon of July 23, Jin Suidong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, visited Xindafang for a research tour, accompanied by Li Xiuqi, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; Wang Xichuan, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; Cai Hong, Secretary of the District Party Committee; and district leaders Yu Guangzhi, Chen Aiping, and Wu Shuwen. Sun Cunliang, Deputy General Manager of the Company’s Marketing Center, also accompanied the delegation.
At the test track, Sun Cunliang provided a brief overview to a delegation of more than 40, including Jin Suidong, on the company’s development history, business areas, and key products. The group then toured the final assembly workshop and watched a live demonstration of the power-driven flatbed transporter.
Chairman Jin thoroughly reviewed the company’s investment in technology, market conditions, and capacity expansion, and highly commended its commitment to innovation-driven development and independent R&D. He encouraged the company to further increase its technological investment, master core technologies, and enhance product quality. He also instructed the relevant functional departments to provide effective support and services to the company.
In particular, Chairman Jin emphasized that, as a manufacturing enterprise, it is crucial to prioritize the “three highs”: high technology, high skills, and high-level management. He stated that manufacturing firms should leverage cutting-edge, industry-leading technologies to drive growth; cultivate a workforce with advanced technical skills to ensure product quality and further propel corporate development; and adopt scientific, rational, and high-caliber management practices to underpin sustainable growth. Only by doing so can enterprises enhance their core competitiveness and maintain an unassailable position in market competition.
