The “China Electric Power Construction Association Large-Scale Mechanical Equipment Collaboration Network Crane Training Course” hosted by Xindafang has concluded successfully.
Xin Dafang News: The “China Electric Power Construction Association Crane Safety Management Training Course,” hosted by the Large-Scale Mechanical Equipment Collaboration Network of the China Electric Power Construction Enterprise Association and organized by Xin Dafang, was successfully held in Zhengzhou on December 19. The training brought together renowned experts from the collaboration network and technical and management personnel from more than 100 member organizations.
This training course aims to enhance the technical competence in lifting and rigging among member organizations and to improve the professional qualifications of personnel. Through a systematic and detailed analysis of key topics—including safety technologies and control measures for heavy-lift operations, the evolution and latest advancements in generator stator lifting schemes, techniques for lifting and turning large-volume equipment, and related issues in lifting and rigging—the course covers fire-power and nuclear-power plant heavy-lift planning, project implementation, and safety management. It provides a robust platform for participants to strengthen their safety awareness and refine their operational skills.
Li Gang, Director of the National Enterprise Technology Center at Xindafang and a scientific and technological professional who has dedicated 28 years to the R&D and design of large-scale cranes for power construction, delivered a welcome address at the opening ceremony of the training course. On behalf of Xindafang, he expressed gratitude to the China Electric Power Construction Association and all member organizations for placing their trust in Xindafang as the host of this event. He extended a warm welcome to the instructors and participants who had traveled from afar, acknowledged their strong support for the event, and wished the training course a complete and successful conclusion.
On the evening of the 20th, as the organizer of this event, a reception titled “An Evening with Xindafang” was held, attended by Chairman Zhang Zhihua, Secretary-General Wang Haiyan of the China Association for Construction Engineering Equipment, as well as instructors and participants of the training program. On behalf of all employees of Xindafang, Chairman Zhang Zhihua delivered a speech. He stated that holding this training program not only enhances the professional competence and technical skills of lifting and rigging personnel at various construction enterprises, but also establishes an important platform for these enterprises to learn from one another, exchange ideas, deepen mutual understanding, and strengthen friendships—thereby fostering collaboration and achieving common improvement through such exchanges.
Zhang Zhihua emphasized that Xindafang’s achievements to date are attributable to the strong support and goodwill extended by all sectors of society, particularly our broad base of customers. On behalf of Xindafang, he expressed his most sincere gratitude to all leaders and friends who have long paid close attention to, shown concern for, and supported the company’s development. He also expressed the hope that all leaders and friends in attendance will continue to lend their unwavering support to Xindafang in the future, working hand in hand with us to pursue common development and achieve mutual benefit, thereby making new and even greater contributions to technological advancement and sustainable development in China’s large-scale lifting industry.
On the morning of the 21st, the newly snow-covered Xindafang Industrial Park presented a unique and picturesque scene. More than 100 trainees from the training program braved the bitter cold to visit the site for on-site inspection and study. Director Li Gang accompanied the group on a tour of the workshops, where they observed live demonstrations of flatbed power transport vehicles and wind-turbine-specific cranes, followed by detailed explanations. At the demonstration site, the trainees showed keen interest in our company’s independently developed wind-turbine-specific crane, eagerly asking about its specific technical standards and specification parameters. Thanks to its low procurement cost, strong lifting capacity, high safety factor, and high operational efficiency, this equipment has earned high praise from numerous customers.
